Lost in New Hampshire somewhere. I took this from a moving car – the hubster was driving. I especially like it because the moon was out; it’s right underneath the cloud.
Very zen

On the docks of a marina in Florida.
Taken by me.
There was an art exhibit on the grounds of an old mansion in New England at the end of last summer and the place was full of people. I needed to get away so I wandered off and found the garden. It was my surprise to find the pergola – and complete solitude and solace. I sat for a while and took in the ambient sounds – birds chirping, leaves rustling, children crying in the distance, the whoosh of the water as a fishing ship sailed by on the river. I soaked in the sun as it hit my face.
Bliss.
I love antique carousels. This one at a Zoo in New England is over 100 years old and original to the carousel.

God. People. World.
